Four Square Horse Training

"Gracie" is a very rare and special horse who has been allowed to mature before being seriously started under saddle. She has extensive desensitization training and is well on her way to becoming the perfect partner. Gracie is a high octane type mount and would likely excel in gaming or endurance. She is at the beginning stage of her under saddle training and she is a lot of horse. At this point in time I would only consider selling her to an experienced rider or someone who is working with a trainer. Gracie was purchased from gaited horse author and clinician Brenda Imus in New York as a yearling and shipped to California. The asking price presently doesn't even come close to what was paid then and is a reflection of the economy and the fact that I want to put this horse into a good home that will enjoy her. She does have intermediate smooth saddle gaits, but only a person who knows how to encourage them through seat and leg aids is going to get them at this time. This horse has a huge ground covering trot and loves to gallop and play hi-ho silver at liberty. She is a racer! She is also a very personable horse that loves attention and will meet you at the gate.
